The Admirable Crichton

By J.M. Barrie
Directed by Scott Alan Evans

January 12-15, 2001

The New-York Historical Society Theatre

SYNOPSIS
Under the careful watch of Crichton, the butler, the Edwardian household of Lord Loam runs exactly as demanded by the rigid English class system. But when the family is shipwrecked on a desert island, will everyone still know his or her place? It's "Survivor" meets "Upstairs, Downstairs" in this whimsical yet biting social satire.
