“Incident at Vichy” isn’t as well known or frequently performed as some of Arthur Miller’s other works, perhaps because of the dauntingly large all-male cast and the lack of a dominant, star-luring character like Willy Loman. But it still makes for a riveting 90 minutes when done well, as it is in the Actors Company Theater’s new production at the Beckett.
