If the Magistrate is arrested for drunken disorderly conduct, who is to hear his case?

The son of the Magistrate’s new second wife is remarkably precocious for his age (should a young boy have to shave quite so often?)  Still his mother swears he’s only 14 and must be protected.  So when the Magistrate spends an evening out with the lad, it turns out to be a great deal more exciting than anyone bargained for.  Which begs the question: if a Magistrate is arrested for drunken immoral conduct, who is to hear his case?!?

At last, a proper English farce that triumphs over the inferior, lewd, and revolting French.
